Patient admits had been on a downturn with the client, who turned to digital advertising to generate more leads. The client is a large multi-location Drug and Alcohol Rehabilitation Center in the Southeast. Their past marketing efforts included broadcast television, billboards, and limited social media.
To drive awareness for the treatment center, there was a series of five 30-second videos produced, featuring their rehab centers that were delivered on both Amazon’s Publisher Service and Amazon Properties via video and OTT (targeted Connected TVs). Also included was video/OTT retargeting from their website to target people who visited the site but haven’t yet converted. We tracked three main conversion points: phone calls, live chat leads, and lead forms through video targeting. To enhance leads, optimizations were made based on what tactics were performing best and generating the strongest results.
The campaign delivered a 2.04% click-through rate with video, and conversion for the time period grew 121% vs. prior year. Because the Amazon DSP is so new and no other platform could deliver OTT targeting via a CRM list, we were able to reach patients in a whole new way.
